Tia Wright is a respected leader in both the technology and nonprofit sectors, bringing more than 15 years of experience in software development, integration, and database management. Currently a Software Engineering Manager at UPS, she has spent over 21 years driving enterprise innovation, leading global engineering teams, and delivering solutions that support organizational growth. She has participated in UPS’s Power of Women at Work (POWW) program and was nominated for the 2017 WOC STEM Career Achievement Award.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, she has invested more than a decade in mentoring youth, supporting literacy, advocating for women in STEM, and strengthening community engagement. As a parent and long-time youth mentor, she is deeply committed to empowering youth ages 13–24 with emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and mentorship.
As Chair of Georgia’s Child Professional Training, Inc. (GCPT), she brings compassionate, transparent, and mission-centered leadership to advance the organization’s vision and impact.
